Moisture prolongs the effect of a perfume. Perfumes work best in environments that are moist. Thus if you have dry skin, you must put on some moisture to improve its moisture content. Choosing a moisturizing cream that has a similar smell as that of your perfume will help increase your perfume’s effect. Make sure to spray perfume in common pressure points like neck, wrists and back of your knees. These pressure points remain moist enough to give your perfume scent a long lasting effect.
