The product is meant to applied twice daily for twenty eight days, which is the effective treatment length.  It is used morning and night during this time, then it is used once daily there after for maintenance.  The product comes with a brush to apply the gel at the base of the lashes to ensure that it penetrates to the roots.  Lipocils does not irritate even the most hypersensitive eyes and is suitable for contact lenses wearers.  While there seem to be some dissatisfied users, most who use the product as directed are very pleased with the results.
