Fashion Modeling And Commercial Modeling

In the world of modeling models are separated by the types of modeling. There are different types of modeling like glamour modeling, editorial modeling, catalogue modeling, fashion modeling, commercial modeling etc. all modeling types are differ from each other base on some different methods, and different modeling strategies. These methods and strategies define the way of working in modeling field and the person who performs that work is known as model. Generally each type of modeling works is categorized into 3 main categories that is fashion, commercial and glamour.
Cloths and other wearing is the central part in the art of fashion modeling. Fashion models work for promote the designers’ design or latest fashion cloths. They also promote the cosmetics product and costly jewelry items. They did it through catwalk on fashion show. Handsome male or young female model uses their facial expression and body to express different emotion to attract the attention of the public. Fashion models are required to be tall & slender with symmetrical features, because that’s the requirement of a runway model.
High Fashion is also about the model’s body – she needs to be very tall with narrow shoulders, narrow hips and a small bust – a walking hangar that shows off the workmanship of the garment, not the features of the model.
Fashion models have there own specific physical requirement. The rate of fashion modeling is very high, fashion models charge high compare to other types of models. The popularity and glory of these models are also very high but as lots of new aspiring fashion models coming in to the industries, competition level is very high. To keep their position on top, they have to sacrifices many things. Child models can also start their career as teen fashion model easily.
Small trade show modeling or product promotion modeling these types of modeling is generally performed by the commercial models. They have to direct contact end level customer to explain the product which he or she is promoting. Bridge between company and customer is made by commercial modeling. Generally product promotion, life style modeling, showroom modeling are the main types of modeling come under the commercial modeling. They also appear ne catalogue, magazine or newspaper.
Commercial models, on the other hand, have more diverse talents like acting & singing because they may be featured on TV or department store ads.
Physical requirements are not specify in the commercial modeling. Person withal height, weight, age and ethnicity are hired. Commercial models job is performing an art. They only have to perform like a real person. Self motivation and basic acting skill is enough for commercial models.
Kids are also doing commercial modeling and become the top child model. The payment rate of commercial models is not as high as fashion models. Commercial models are hired on the base of contract.   
Fashion models work on runways while commercial models work on a variety of modeling assignments ranging from ad shoots to product promotion.
