That said, if your budget doesn’t allow you to splash out on something custom-made, there are plenty of cheaper off-the-shelf options.  You just need to spend a little time making sure that the garment fits well and is comfortable.  Many stores sell panty girdles that have pockets for holding hip pads.  These are a cheaper option, but will still help considerably in enhancing your ‘passability’.  Don’t be afraid to investigate all of your options.  You may stumble across something that fits really well.
When it comes to creating a cleavage, breast forms offer a great solution.  They come in all shapes and sizes and can be manufactured using various materials.  However, silicone breast forms are the most popular.  Not only do they look and feel natural, they also warm up to your body temperature making it seem as though they’re part of you.
Investing in a pair of good quality breast forms will serve you well.  Although they will be more expensive to buy, they generally last much longer and offer a much more enjoyable and stress-free experience to the user.  I have heard plenty of horror-stories about breast forms splitting and leaking and would suggest that you try to avoid this.
Most bras can be worn with breast forms.  Just take care to ensure that the breast form isn’t visible if you’re wearing anything low cut.  Adhesive can be used to hold things in place if need be, but make sure it’s removed after use.
