3 Tips to Keep Your Teeth White!

Are you tired of having yellow, dirty teeth? Do you hide your smile or try to avoid smiling? Then you have come to the right place. I am going to give you three tips to keep your teeth pearly white!

The first step I will share, is make sure you don’t drink many &”dark&” liquids. This includes coffee, soda, and even tea! Over time these dark drinks are absorbed into your enamel and thereby create staining. Instead of drinking soda or coffee you could substitute juices or water, they are much healthier for you in every aspect.

Secondly, you want to avoid smoking! Of course this is a no-brainer but the more you smoke the darker your teeth will get! If you can’t stop smoking you could look into other methods of getting nicotine like gum or those new electric cigarettes. The electric cigarettes don’t produce smoke and don’t cause any staining on your teeth.

Ok, last but not least, make sure to brush your teeth daily! Whether it be once or twice, or even three times a day, make sure you brush! You absolutely do not want to go to bed with food or anything else on your teeth. You can guarantee you will have spots or staining if you do this on a regular basis. Not only will your teeth be discolored but they will also start getting cavities if you don’t brush. Make sure you brush at LEAST once per day! Flossing wouldn’t hurt either.
