Beauty fades

Recently I learned that ladies in China are really slim and more healthy than western ladies.They are more conscious on their diets. They seldom drink coffee. Tea is their favourite.

What I am trying to say is as we all know beauty fades, but maybe we could postpone the fact that we do not prefer.

Exactly like the fact that we cannot change the fact that people die, we did put much more people’s deaths off.

I am not a pro in keeping good health but it is smart to pay attention to what you are eating and how you are acting. What’s more important, make sure your sleeping hours be at least 7hours if you are an adult.

At breakfast, please have it between 7 and 8 o’clock. Do not have anything fried and ensure your every morning drinking a cup of milk or soy-bean milk.

At lunch, please do not go for a walk right after you just finish your meal. Do not smoke or drink coffee after any meal.

In the afternoon, on weekdays do some exercises while your breaktime at work; on weekends, go hiking or play golf. Walking with your golf clubs is kind of tired but good for your health.

At supper, eat less. Maybe walk your dog some place safe.

There should be an apple or any kind of fruits joining your digestion, which can ensure you a better health.

Ok, that is pretty much. If you are able to do it and keep doing it, I believe your beauty will stay as long as you want.

Hope everyone has a more healthy lifestyle to stay in beauty.
