Simple Ways to Appear Youthful
Once you hit forty, your age really becomes apparent. You might notice a few gray hairs popping up or some wrinkles here and there. This can be hard to handle, especially because our culture places such a high value on youth and appearance. You can either choose to age gracefully or fight father time with all of your might. You will of course inevitably lose the battle, but you can have a go of it for at least another ten years. Just follow my tips and suggestions and no one will believe that you are over forty.
1. Take care of your skin. If you’ve been irresponsible with the delicate skin on your face for the majority of your life, you’ll soon be seeing major signs of aging. But it isn’t too late to start taking care of your skin. This means that you should be washing your face every night with a high quality exfoliant. And every morning you should be applying a moisturizer with at least and SPF of 15 to your face before you leave the house. Whenever you go outside, you should always, always be wearing sunscreen.
2. Update your wardrobe. Don’t purchase anything too trendy because those looks really are made for a younger crowd, but you don’t have to dress frumpy. Invest in some classic items like fitted blazers and slacks. Toss in a trendy scarf or jewelry to give your clothes a modern touch.
3. Drive a nice car. Driving a new Mercedes with some cool Mercedes wheels won’t necessarily make you look more youthful, but it will certainly make you more attractive to youthful people. You’ll be far more likely to land a cute younger guy or girl with a nice ride if that’s why your interested in looking young.
4. Keep up with technology. Most young people think older people are technologically illiterate. Don’t be one of those old people who can send text messages or has no idea what an MP3 player is. Read blogs to keep yourself up-to-date and purchase the newest items on the market. It will make you appear hip and modern.
