 Place the picture of your favorite actress, celebrity or dancer whose perfect butt, thighs and legs you adore in your room at the most visible location. It may be a fridge, dressing or working table. It will not allow you to forget your objective and keep you motivated to achieve it. Still better, make a collage of great looking sets of glutes to keep you inspired when you are doing the workout. It will help you to stay fired and focused.

Warming up before workout

 Some people do not warm up before the workout. It is either because of shortage of time, laziness or ignorance of its importance. A warming-up exercise is critical for ensuring safety of the major muscles and joints against any injury during the workout.

  A warm-up shall accelerate the flow of blood into the quads, hamstrings and glutes before you start exercising. The best kind of warm up is a cardio exercise like walking, dancing, jogging, running, swimming and biking.  You can have one on a treadmill.

  A 5-7 minute warm up of moderate intensity should be sufficient to make you sweat out. It will also increase the efficacy of the workout by boosting the  strength and flexibility in muscles.

 Workout

 After the warm up it is time for a workout. Any workout that targets the glutes (muscles of the butt) and the hamstring (muscles of the back thigh) can work effectively to slim them into beautiful shape. The most effective exercises recommended by most trainers are step-ups and lunges. The best course is to work them out unilaterally—one leg at a time. It will create proper balance and strength between the thighs and legs. The logic behind this is that your stronger leg will help out your weaker leg.
