Second, if your store does not provide such service, you have to pay for a professional cleaning service. But you should remember, professional service does not mean drycleaners. They will ruin your bag and you will not use it any more. Find a shop which has some experience of cleaning. They know how to treat your bag and make it look like a totally new one.

Third, if you do not want to pay for cleaning service, you can try to clean your coach bag. It is not complicated. You only need several things which you can buy online or local shops. It will be nice to clean your favorite bag and see it become a new one. With the things you buy, you can clean your bag many times. I think it is an interesting work to do. Please keep in mind that the water you use should be warm. Not too cold and not too hot. You can use a soap. Once you finish your cleaning work, do not put your bag in the sunshine. This will make you bag become  harder and it will look ugly.
